Frequently Asked Questions
Are your products gluten-free?
Yes, all of our chocolate bars and squares are gluten-free.
Some of our chocolate novelties do contain gluten such as our Crispy Praline Filled Chocolate. If you have a severe allergy, we recommend staying away from our filled chocolates.
Are your products Kosher?
Yes, our organic chocolate bars and squares are certified Kosher Dairy.
I have nut allergies. Can I take your tour?
Our longer tour includes samples of cacao pulp, cacao nibs, cacao liquor and shots of warm liquid chocolate. All of these items are nut free.
At the end of the tour, you are able to select three tastes from our chocolate case (filled chocolates and barks). Many of these products do contain nuts. We’re more than happy to swap these items for chocolate squares, which are nut-free.
Do you have dairy-free/Vegan chocolate?
Yes, we do. All of our dark chocolate is made without dairy, so all dark chocolate bars and squares are absolutely fine. Our dark chocolate caramel thin contains dairy as the caramel filling has dairy in it.
Please be cautious if you have severe dairy allergies though. Our molding facility also molds milk chocolate, so trace elements may be present in all of our products.
Most of our filled chocolates do contain dairy.
